Unsportsmanlike Behavior will not be tolerated at CCYSA:
Finally, the Board of Directors is concerned about unsportsmanlike behavior,
especially negative comments directed toward referees. We would like to remind
players and spectators that referees, like soccer players, are in the process of
being trained. Most of them are responsible, self-motivated reliable young
people doing their best to provide safe and fair soccer games. Please go to the
Blue Building to report any concerns about the officiating staff or problems
with coaches or soccer players. Do not get involved in an argument on the
fields, especially in front of young children.
If a player is deemed guilty of unsportsmanlike behavior, he/she
will be removed from the current game with a one game suspension to follow. A
second infraction will result in removal of the player for the rest of the
season with no refund issued.
Also, out of respect for our
sponsors, alteration of the player’s T-shirt is not permitted.
