CCYSA Philosophy...
(Rules of Conduct for Coaches & Parents)

  1. Exhibit exemplary conduct at both practices and games.
  2. Coach clean, skillful, honest and sportsmanlike soccer.
  3. Stress playing hard to win, over winning itself.
  4. Treat the referee with respect, no matter what the call.
  5. Maximize praise and minimize criticism.
  6. Help the referee keep order on the sidelines during games.
  7. Keep a 3-foot swath clear outside of sidelines.
  8. Minimize coaching from the sidelines during games.
  9. Every player must be in each half of the game.
  10. All players must play 3 periods before anyone can play 4.
